Covers the drive and up to the first hour of troubleshooting, and small fixes done in that time
- If you go ahead with the repair, the $89 comes off the bill

How a visit goes
We give you a two-hour arrival window
If the job before yours runs long, we call you before the window ends
We look first, tell you what we found, and give you a written price before we start
It covers the work written on it
If we need to open a wall or ceiling, we show you where and why before we cut
We put the piece back; patching and paint are not included unless the price says so
Drop cloths where we work, and we take our dust and scraps with us

If we open a wall or panel and find something the price did not cover,
we stop, show you, and price it before doing any more
Anything else unsafe,
we show you and price separately
Saying no does not change the first job
