We give you a three-hour arrival window
If the job before yours runs long, we call you before the window ends
We look first, tell you what we found, and give you a written price before we start
It covers the work written on it
If we need to open a wall or ceiling, we show you where and why before we cut
We put the piece back; patching and paint are not included unless the price says so
Drop cloths where we work, and we take our dust and scraps with us

we stop, show you, and price it before doing any more
