How a visit goes
- We give you a three-hour arrival window
If the job before yours runs long, we call you before the window ends
- We look first, tell you what we found, and give you a written price before we start
It covers the work written on it
- If we need to open a wall or ceiling, we show you where and why before we cut
We put the piece back; patching and paint are not included unless the price says so
- Drop cloths where we work, and we take our dust and scraps with us
