If the job before yours runs long, we call you before the window ends
We look first,
tell you what we found, and give you a written price before we start. It covers the work written on it
If we need to open a wall or ceiling,
we show you where and why before we cut. We put the piece back; patching and paint are not included unless the price says so
Drop cloths where we work,
and we take our dust and scraps with us

Covers the trip and the first hour of finding the problem

- If we open a wall or panel and find something the price did not cover, we stop, show you, and price it before doing any more
- Anything else unsafe, we show you and price separately
- Saying no does not change the first job
